Population and the New World order

After the fall of the Berlin Wall, end of the Cold War and the triumph of the capitalist market in Socialist Countries, Malthusian thinking is being enlisted to counter land claims, opposition to free trade policies and the desires of Immigrants to seek work.

This ideological framework, more than any other philosophy, including religion, has effectively legitimised and colonized Western interests, development theories and strategies. Political entities such as the Green Revolution and genetic engineering in agriculture, and Medicine have internalized and intellectualized Malthusian philosophies and has transformed them into a physical weapon.

This argument has consistently overwhelmed other explanations of poverty. Malthusian famine scenarios have systematically distracted attention from the fact that it is not people’s reproductive habits that are the principal source of most of the misuse or waste of the world’s resources, but the contradictions and motives of capitalist machinery.

England was the centre of the Western universe during this period and after the eviction of the Moors from Europe, the “dark ages of man” commenced. The serf was the old/new slaves and the Royals treated them, as such, as property to be dispensed with per decree.

A major focus of Malthus’s concerns, as that of the English capitalists, industrialists and gentry (the neo Royalists), was the poor laws. Established in the 16th century, they provided for local parish relief paid for out of taxation, not as a charity, but a form of social control of the great numbers of poor who had been displaced by enclosure of common lands and driven to seek a living wherever and however they could.

**Note that in reality, common land was never common, as the Royals never gave up ownership of the land. Royal Land is the anglicized version of Real tierra, or the modern Real Estate.

But by late 18th century, the poor laws were regarded by the wealthier individuals not only as a drain on their own private income but as a principal impediment to creation of a free and mobile labour reserve (read indentured workers) which emerging industrial capitalism required to make the most of the opportunities for investment and profit.

For the landed and commercial interests, Malthusian theory offered a compelling line of argument: fertility of the poor was being stimulated by the security which poor relief offered, and made the reproductive habits of the poor responsible for their poverty. What the Malthusian thinking by the oppressors failed to pass on, was that, while there were indeed increasing number of dependent poor, they had to a large degree been manufactured for the capitalist machine, not born. Neither the rise of the working class nor the rising cost of poor relief was due to increasing population per as much as the intense commercialization of agriculture, the accompanying enclosure of common lands, and laws to keep price of grain high.

Malthusianism found an intellectual and physically ally in the eugenics movements. Malthusian theory had always presumed that the poor were not the equals of the more privileged, that they lacked the middle-class virtue of ‘moral restraint’ - prudence, foresight, self-discipline and capacity to manage one’s affairs in a rational manner

In the second half of the 19th century, eugenics took this thinking a step further by arguing that the over-popular poor’s moral deficiencies were innate. It proposed at first that birth control, including sterilization, be used to prevent certain categories of the ill or disabled from polluting the national gene pool. But it rapidly came to be viewed as a way of dealing with a broader spectrum of social ills – such as everybody’s popular beating stick, the Knee-grow.

One of those who subscribed to this view was Winston Churchill who, as Home Secretary in 1910, endorsed and circulated among the cabinet an article in the Eugenics Review entitled ‘The Feeble-Minded - A Social Danger.’ Once it became fashionable to think that diseases were generally the result of hereditary factors and that many social problems were actually ‘medical’, unacceptable political beliefs could easily be described as symptoms of mental disorder. It required little for the phrase ‘people of weak intellect’ to include socialists.

On one of the highest hilltops in Elberton County, Georgia stands a huge granite monument. Engraved in eight different languages on the four giant stones that support the common capstone are 10 Guides, or commandments. That monument is alternately referred to as “The Georgia Guidestones”, or the “American Stonehenge”. Though relatively unknown to most people, it is an important link to the New World Order belief that dominates the world in which we live.

THE MESSAGE OF THE GEORGIA GUIDESTONES READS:

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.

3. Unite humanity with a living new language.

4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.

5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.

6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.

7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.

8. Balance personal rights with social duties.

9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.

10.Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature - Leave room for nature.

The origin of that strange monument is a mystery because no one knows the true identity of who commissioned its construction. All that is known for certain is that in June 1979, a well-dressed, articulate stranger visited the office of the Elberton Granite Finishing Company and announced that he wanted to build an edifice to transmit a message to mankind.

He identified himself as R. C. Christian, but it soon became apparent that was not his real name. He said that he represented a group of men who wanted to offer direction to humanity, but to date, almost two decades later, no one knows who R. C. Christian really was, or the names of those he represented. Several things are apparent.

The messages engraved on the Georgia Guidestones deal with four major fields:

(1) Governance and the establishment of a world government,
(2) Population and reproduction control,
(3) The environment and man's relationship to nature, and
(4) Spirituality.

Based on a self written book, it was discovered that R.C. Christian’s commissioned monument had been erected in recognition of Thomas Paine and the occult philosophy he espoused. Indeed, the Georgia Guidestones are used for occult ceremonies and mystic celebrations to this very day. Only one religious leader on record in the area had courageously spoken out against the American Stonehenge, and he had to relocated his ministry.

If you consider that limiting the population of the earth to 500 million will require the extermination of nine-tenths of the world's population. The American Stonehenge's reference to establishing a world court foreshadows the current move to create an International Criminal Court and a world government. The Guidestones' emphasis on preserving nature anticipates the environmental movement of the 1990s, and the reference to "seeking harmony with the infinite" reflects the current effort to replace Judeo-Christian beliefs with a new spirituality.

Are we connecting the dots here? Ever since the Protocols of the Elders of Zion came to fore, it has been debunked as a myth and an attack on so-called Jewish peoples. Whether one want to argue that or not, does not negate the possibilities that some people with the Socio-political resources would try to use these protocols to establish their legacy.

Furthermore, the message of the American Stonehenge also foreshadowed the current drive for Sustainable Development. Any time you hear the phrase "Sustainable Development" used, you should substitute the term "socialism" to be able to understand what is intended. A document Earth Charter which was compiled under the direction of Mikhail Gorbachev and Maurice Strong and presented to the UN, emphasised the same basic issues: control of reproduction, world governance, the importance of nature and the environment, and a new spirituality.

The similarity between the ideas engraved on the Georgia Guidestones and those espoused in the Earth Charter reflect the common origins of both.

Coincidence? I think not!

Yoko Ono, the widow of John Lennon, was recently quoted as referring to the American Stonehenge, saying:

"I want people to know about the stones ... We're headed toward a world where we might blow ourselves up and maybe the globe will not exist ... it's a nice time to reaffirm ourselves, knowing all the beautiful things that are in this country and the Georgia Stones symbolize that. "

(1) What is the true significance of the American Stonehenge, and why is its covert message important? Because it confirms the fact that there was a covert group intent on Dramatically reducing the population of the world.

(2) Promoting environmentalism.
(3) Establishing a world government.
(4) Promoting a new spirituality.

Certainly the group that commissioned the Georgia Guidestones is one of many similar groups working together toward a New World Order, a new world economic system, and a new world spirituality. Behind those groups, however, are dark spiritual forces. Without understanding the nature of those dark forces it is impossible to understand the unfolding of world events.

The fact that most Americans have never heard of the Georgia Guidestones or their message to humanity reflects the degree of control that exists today over what the people American Inc. think. Ignorance is an early step in mind control and elimination

The Age of Reason was a book written by Thomas Paine.
Its intent was to destroy the Judeo-Christian beliefs upon which corporation of America Inc. was founded. The hole that you see in the stone was drilled in the Center Stone so that the North Star could be visualized through it at any moment. This was one of several requirements stipulated by R.C.Christian for the building of the American Stonehenge and reflects his obsession with the alignment of the stars, the sun, and the moon.

The State of the World Forum is a planetary confabulation sponsored by the Gorbachev Foundation. Held atop the city's famed Nob Hill at the luxurious Fairmont Hotel, the forum brought together a glittering array of global notables representing the highest of worldly power, prestige, fame, wealth, and influence: presidents, princes, potentates, philanthropists, poets, philosophers, and big wigs.

The title of the event was: "Toward a New Civilization: Launching a Global Initiative" -- were underscored by the guest list from Wall Street, the Trilateral Commission, the World Economic Forum, the Aspen Institute, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Club of Rome, the Bilderbergers, the Politburo, the Commission on Global Governance, the World Future Society, and other bastions of power.

Among the 400-plus eminent personages from 50 countries who flocked to the five-day affair (September 27th-October 1st) were former Secretaries of State James Baker and George Shultz (both co-chairs of the forum), former President George Bush, former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, President Askar Akaev of Kyrgystan, former President Oscar Arias of Costa Rica, Prime Minister Tansu Ciller of Turkey, Czech Republic President Vaclav Havel, former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, and South African Vice President Thabo Mbeki ( I guess when in Rome…!).

Additional participants included: Worldwatch President Lester Brown; New Age gurus Fritj of Capra, Jeremy Rifkin, Willis Harman, Deepak Chopra, Robert Muller, and Matthew Fox; Marxist poetess Rigoberta Menchu; Earth Council president and billionaire eco-warrior Maurice Strong; Microsoft wizard Bill Gates; media mogul Rupert Murdoch; futurists Alvin Toffler and John Naisbitt; Senator George Mitchell (of Baseball steroid investigation); Archer Daniels Midland CEO Dwayne Andreas; computer tycoon David Packard (of Hewlett and Packard); Esalen founder Michael Murphy; motivation superstar Tony Robbins; Men's Wearhouse CEO George Zimmer; chimpanzee expert Jane Goodall -- not to mention Zbigniew Brzezinski, Carl Sagan, John Denver, Shirley MacLaine, Dennis Weaver, Ted Turner, Jane Fonda, Theodore Hesburgh, Timothy Wirth, Max Kampleman, Milton Friedman, Randall Forsberg, Saul Mendlovitz, and Alan Cranston.

Overseeing the entirety of this summit of the anointed was, of course, Mikhail Gorbachev himself. The purpose of the convocation, he proclaimed, was to "launch a multi-year process, culminating in the year 2000, to articulate the fundamental [world] priorities, values, and actions necessary to constructively shape our common future." And who better to kick off an ostentatious extravaganza of that sort than global media titan and former "Humanist of the Year" Ted Turner. Identifying himself as a "great student of history" and a long-time friend of Gorbachev, Turner praised the "ex-Communist" and former dictator for “ending the Cold War”, which he acclaimed as "the greatest accomplishment in the history of humanity." "Now, with the Cold War behind us," said Ted, "this forum's job is to help chart the way for humanity."

According to Gorbachev. . . drastic measures are needed. The traditional political structures "no longer respond to the needs of an interdependent world. The political culture that we inherited from the past stands in the way of efforts to unite mankind's resources in the face of global challenges."

Mere transformation of political structures, however, is far from adequate. "We are in dire need of redefining the parameters of our society's economic, social, political, and spiritual development Indeed, we have to reinvent the paradigm of our existence, to build a new civilization.” It was a alluded to other familiar themes Gorbachev has said before: "developing a global consciousness," "embracing the task of spiritual renewal," launching "the next phase of human development."

And how did he proposed to do this? Gorbachev, the great humanitarian proposes to "set up a kind of United Nations Council of Elders."

It was in this "Elder" capacity that Gorbachev offered the next part of his lecture. "Civilization will shift and new values and new ways of life will be needed to find real solutions to the problems of our environment, a way out of the ecological crisis.”

Then came the caveat:

"Gradually we will have to achieve a change of emphasis in the archetypal dilemma: to have or to be; to change the nature of consumption. Perhaps it is a little risky in this country to speak about that, We have to change the nature of consumption. And I have much to say about that here."

What was most amazing was that no one at this conference expressed outrage at the brazen effrontery and hypocrisy of the sainted one's sermonizing on conspicuous consumption while his rapt audience feasted on a sumptuous array of epicurean comestibles fit for royalty: smoked trout salad, filet of beef in shashlik marinade, and a dessert of panna cotta with autumn fruit… ( I thought Tony Robins was a vegetarian)

. . . Getting to the crux of the matter, Gorbachev pontificated: "We have to, I believe, gear consumption more to people's cultural and spiritual needs. Also, through culture and education and within the framework of laws we shall have to address the problem of controlling the world's population." And control, of course, as always, is the key word and concept here. Control. Power. . . . .
According to these conference attendees, there are too many people on this "one planet." Willis Harman's essay grapples with the "dilemma.":

"In the economy-dominated world, as the outspoken anthropologist Margaret Mead once put it bluntly, 'The unadorned truth is that we do not need now, and will not need later, much of the marginal labor -- the very young, the very old, the very uneducated, and the very stupid.'"
(Is this genocide, aborticide, and agicide, or what?... when Malthusian edicts cross breed with Eugenic passion and is gestated White Supremacist ditrus )

"This dilemma is perhaps the most basic one we face," said Harman. Society can't afford "from an environmental standpoint, or from the standpoint of tearing apart of the social fabric -- the economic growth that would be necessary to provide jobs for all in the conventional sense, and the inequities which have come to accompany that growth. This dilemma, more than any other aspect of our current situation, indicates how fundamental a system change is now required."

Philosopher/author Sam Keen summarized the consensus of the conference participants, saying: "there was very strong agreement that religious institutions have to take primary responsibility for the population explosion. We must speak far more clearly about sexuality, about contraception, about abortion, about the values that control the population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the [world's] population by 90 percent and there aren't enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage."

How do we "cut" the planet's population by 90 percent? Even genocidal mass murderers Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, and Mao combined did not come close to attaining such a "lofty" goal. As always, the devil is in the details.

Forum participant Barbara Marx Hubbard may already have provided some of the devilish answer. In The Book of Co-Creation she writes: "Out of the full spectrum of human personality, one-fourth is electing to transcend .... One-fourth is destructive [and] they are defective seeds. In the past they were permitted to die a 'natural death.' ... Now as we approach the quantum shift from the creature-human to the co-creative human -- the human who is an inheritor of god-like powers -- the destructive one-fourth must be eliminated from the social body .... Fortunately, you are not responsible for this act. We are. We are in charge of God's selection process for planet Earth. He selects, we destroy. We are the riders of the pale horse, Death."
